A personalized development program, developed based on the results of a socio-economic survey that identifies the specific vulnerabilities of the family in question ;

A dynamic and integrated information management system that analyzes the living conditions and vulnerabilities of each family, proposes key actions and tracks progress over time ;

A reference inventory listing the services that are available to the population from different providers in the targeted zones.
